Project Description
Working with the Homeowners Association and Property Manager, we have created, and annually update, a RCW-compliant, 30-year Reserve Study for this new townhome community in the lower Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. Reserve Studies include onsite evaluation and long term budget analyses for the maintenance and replacement of major common ownership elements. In addition to the building exterior and mechanical features, this property has an underground parking garage.
