Project Description
Providence, the largest health and service provider in Washington, has hired us for comprehensive Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs) for over a dozen properties throughout the last decade as part of their ongoing commitment to budgeting for and maintaining facilities. This property contains one five-story building with two sections: Providence John Gabriel House with 75 units of low income senior housing; and ElderPlace, an 8,164 square foot PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) medical facility. Both opened in 2017.
