Project Description
Working with a third party on the recent sale of REI’s large corporate campus in Renton, we prepared a comprehensive Property Condition Assessment (PCA) that was made available to interested buyers. This 15.85-acre parcel consists of four large office buildings containing approximately 174,180 gross square feet. Per the seller’s request, we were available for questions related to the property until the sale was finalized.
