Tukwila Fire Station 54, Tukwila

Project Description

Working with the City of Tukwila, multiple property evaluations were conducted as part of the City’s efforts to maintain proper budgeting for the maintenance of their properties. This picture shows Fire Station 54, an early 1960’s building in need of significant repairs and/or renovation, in which a Capital Needs Assessment was created. A mix of Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) were created depending on the needs of targeted buildings throughout the city.
