Project Description
Working with Providence Supportive Housing, we have evaluated and prepared Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs) for a collection of properties. These studies provide insightful long term maintenance scheduling and budgeting information that helps with ongoing property upkeep. Pictured is Providence ElderPlace Irvington Village, located in Northeast Portland. This building was constructed in 2002 with 104 individual apartments that are primarily subsidized residential units, plus a PACE health care facility.
