Project Description
Working with multiple Associations and their Property Manager, we have created and annually update RCW-compliant, 30-year Reserve Studies for these mixed-use high-rises. The 42- and 43-story towers have 539 condominium units, 17,000 square foot of retail space, and eight levels of underground parking. There are three associations: Residential, Commercial, and Common. Special attention to detail has been paid to the identification of common ownership elements and the responsibilities of each.
