Assisting a private investor with due diligence during the recent purchase of this former bank built in the late 1920’s; we inspected, evaluated and created a formal Property Condition Assessment (PCA) report that helped with sale negotiations and financing of this property. This unique and iconic building in downtown Tacoma is known for its Greco-Roman entrance pillars, grand hall, and is clad with sandstone block, plaster, and brick.
