Project Description

Working for the City of Tukwila, we inspected multiple properties that the City of Tukwila intended to purchase and redevelop into public use buildings. Each required comprehensive Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports. The particular property pictured is a 3.4-acre site containing the Heiser Building: two connected warehouse/industrial structures containing a total of nearly 40,000 square foot constructed in the mid-1970s. Two large adjacent parcels were also inspected and reported on (separately) which included a busy warehouse/industrial UPS distribution center and an office park.
