Project Description
Working with the King County Housing Authority (KCHA), we have evaluated a collection of administrative and community center buildings as part of KCHA’s ongoing efforts to maintain their properties. The building pictured is the KCHA’s Administration Building in Seattle for which we inspected the property, analyzed the condition of elements in order to create an expected maintenance schedule with estimated costs into the future, and prepared a formal Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) report.
