Assisting a private investor with due diligence during the recent purchase of a portion of the Eastgate Market Place in Walla Walla; we inspected, evaluated and created a formal Property Condition Assessment (PCA) report that helped with sale negotiations and financing of this property. This property is approximately 3.48 acres, and the subject of our inspection was a portion of one building containing 53,290 gross square feet of retail space.
