Project Description
This busy car dealership is situated on a six-acre property that contains a large parking lot and comprehensive drainage system; as well as a 36,000+ square foot building that has undergone multiple additions and/or renovations throughout the years resulting in a wide variation of maintenance needs. We performed an inspection of the property and created a formal Property Condition Assessment (PCA) report.
