Project Description
Working with this popular tennis club in Kirkland, we evaluated facilities and prepared a twelve-year Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) providing insightful long term maintenance scheduling and budgeting information. The extensive 9.45-acre property contains a clubhouse with locker rooms, three large indoor tennis court buildings, a swimming pool, six outdoor tennis courts, and a large parking lot. The club was originally constructed in the early 1970s.
