Project Description
Working with this popular non-profit community center in Spokane, we evaluated facilities and prepared a twenty-year Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) providing insightful long term maintenance scheduling and budgeting information. This is a 30,000 square foot building constructed from CMU blocks.
